I purchased these sandals from your company as a replacement for an old pair I’ve had since 2019. Although the previous sandals weren’t broken, they had become quite worn despite my continued affection for them. I received the newer pair from your company in late July 2024, but by February 2025, they broke. Living in a four-season state, I typically reserve sandals for vacations and the brief summer period when I’m not at work, meaning I’ve worn them only about 10-20 times. Fortunately, I still have my old sandals from Target, which I wore significantly more, and they’ve proven to be far more durable.I will not be purchasing another pair of sandals from your company. While out, the sandals unexpectedly broke mid-stride, causing me to trip. The photos clearly show that they were lightly worn.
