The finish is very nice and the stones in the pendant sparkle nicely in the light.The chain is a simple small loop chain made from 925 Sterling silver, as indicated on the clasp tab. The chain is about 18” long and at the end is a small section of larger loop chain (about 2”) to give you flexibility with length for the clasp. The clasp itself is a round trigger clasp that opens into the loop. It is very secure and springs back well.The pendant has two overlapping hearts, one with an array of tiny cubic zirconia stones and the other with the “I love you for always and forever” inscription. In the center is a setting holding a single, coloured cubic zirconia stone. The overall look is quite nice. The hanging loop that attaches the pendant to the chain has the S925 marking on the back indicating that the pendant is also made from 925 sterling silver.This necklace and pendant combination is very light and easy to wear. Even for long periods its weight is not noticeable.Overall it is a lovely piece of jewelry.

It has a good length to it as it doesn’t sit too low, but is nowhere near a choker length. The pendant has a good weight to it and stays in place. It makes a bold statement but is not garish as it is complemented by the graceful double hearts, one with etched writing and the other with a string of stones.The necklace comes in a lovely velvet lined box suitable for such a gift. The presentation box includes a silver polishing cloth as a nice touch.This is for my 11 year old daughter and I believe is an age appropriate gift. It is very pretty and lovely, and at a very reasonable price. This is something that she can wear every day if she likes, or for more special occasions.Overall, I’m very happy with this necklace. My only criticism is that the small stones lining one of the hearts are very small and are lack the luster of the prominent center stone, but then this may have been by design to emphasize the fetching birthstone. It would have been nice if these were slightly larger so they can catch more light and add some more sparkle.I rate this 4 stars.
