Exceptional quality for a very reasonable price!
This tuxedo was an absolute bargain! As a musician, I’ve been wearing tuxedos since college (I’m now 72), which was over 50 years ago! In that time, I’ve worn a number of rented tuxedos, as well as owning at least three others myself. Having said that, I can unequivocally state this is the highest quality, in materials & construction, tuxedo I’ve owned. Detail make the difference & this tuxedo has all that: buttons for wearing braces already sewn in; limited adjustability in the waste of the trousers, all pockets (including lighter/keys pocket) fully lined with contrasting trim on the interior pockets of the jacket. It was labeled as a “classic cut” & I would agree with that, with only one minor exception. These shoes trousers legs a cut just slightly slimmer than what I would consider a “classic cut,” but as long as you don’t have a case of the “chunky thighs” they yield a nice trim look.Fabric is of a nice heft, but not too bulky. Color is a true black, not the dark slate, “tinge of brown” I’ve seen in some tuxedo fabrics. Construction is top flight! Probably the nicest tuxedo I’ve owned, & a much better value than at least one other I’ve owned (from a noted designer) for which I paid at least 50% more (have to assume I was paying for the name, not the quality on that one).Perfectly happy with this purchase!

A great price, but had a few issues
I purchased this tux and the pants were perfect, but the jacket was a little big. First off, the quality was really nice. I mean for what I paid for it, I couldn’t (didn’t want to) complain.The package came via FedEx and it looked like it was ran over by the truck that delivered it. It had a hole it the bag and it looked like the bag had melted. I feared for the tux.The jacket ended up having a rash like burn on the shoulder. I was going to send it back but they didn’t have any more in the size I ordered or the next side down.Not only was the jacket big, and it had a rash like stain/burn, but the zipper on the pants did not work correctly. I ended up just taking the tux to the cleaners to get the pants hemmed, the jacket taken in, get the jacket cleaned, and the zipper replaced. So for an additional $70.00 I now have an almost perfect tux.Unfortunately the jacket burn/rash could not be completely corrected. On another note, the pants came with belt loops, which is kinda funny because tux pants don’t come with belt loops, lol.All in all, even though I had to spend an additional $70 to make the tux work, I must say I love the way I look in it. Men’s warehouse wanted to charge me $300.00 to start on a all black tux, let alone something with color. I know you get what you pay for, but I consider myself winning.

Good tux at a reasonable price
Excellent tuxedo. Got the classic cut for my son for prom (and he also wanted a vest) and it was great after having a couple alterations done at the taylor. The best part is he gets to keep it! which is way better than the overpriced rental monopoly.

I never leave reviews but had to on this incredible tux. Was so reluctant to buy a tux on Amazon but did and my husband loves it. It is exactly true to size, the pants have hidden flex fit and the fabric is great quality. Feels like a much more expensive tuxedo. Even has tuxedo buttons sewn in the pants. The pants are not hemmed so he can have hemmed to his length. Truly a great purchase, highly recommend.

Great for a rush job, but not ideal for multiple uses. The jacket runs a bit small and the seams are poorly constructed.Seams are wide enough for me to see my shirt underneath and for a breeze to slip through on the pants.Any physical movement will further pull apart the seams and you will need to visit a tailor after your one night formal event.

We found ourselves in a bind for a tux – and took a chance on this one. Given the price – we weren’t expecting very much. Yet we were pleasantly surprised! The tux arrived promptly (a day or two early, in fact). It was new with tags (no signs of any previous wear. Pants arrive unhemmed but with plenty of leg (important, as my son is 6’2″, 35″ inseam, and still growing). He has a 38L suit that fits him so that’s what we ordered (in CLASSIC fit) – and it was a perfect match! It’s not wool or designer – yet for the price, I was amazed to see touches like buttons for suspenders; several lined interior pockets; lining halfway down the pant leg. This tux was basically same price as a rental – yet he gets to keep it for any future wearing. He performs in a concert band – and this is a definite step-up from the “school tux” he had been forced to wear. He wore it to his sister’s wedding and you’d never have known it was an “internet buy” and not a higher end purchased tux or rental.
