Good quality and the denim material doesn’t feel or look bulky at all. The shorts are slim-fit, so they’re not supposed to be loosey-goosey.The denim shorts are super soft and comfortable. I am very short (5’1/2″), so the leg length of these Amazon Essential Bermuda shorts are longer on me than they would be on someone taller. However, I don’t mind one bit, as I’m too old to wear Daisy Dukes. I always have a length issue when buying clothes due to my height and current weight (no matter if it’s pants, shorts, tops [tank tops are the worst! the holes near my underarms are always WAY too big and show too much!], or dresses)—the shorter and more plus-size one is, the more difficult it is to find clothing that fits perfectly, never mind even simply having a decent fit. This particular style of denim shorts fit me well for my personal preferences as a short, plus-sized woman.I’ve been on a weight loss journey for about 1 1/2 years, so I keep having to buy new clothes all the time now (haven’t gained a single pound back of the 60lbs I’ve lost so far! YAY! 50 more to go!). Because of that journey, the size I bought are CURRENTLY a smidgeon too small in the waist, but I did that purposely since summer hasn’t even begun yet and I expect to keep losing weight. I will say the Amazon Essentials Bermuda shorts are true to size, though! If I had bought the next size up, I doubt the shorts would fit my waist during the summer months. I probably would be busting a sag by the beginning of August.Overall: Affordability is okay (some sizes are currently cheaper than the size I purchased); soft, comfortable material; vast versatility of shirt styles and shoes can be worn with the shorts. Happy with my purchase (I do love the shorts!). However, I don’t appreciate Amazon NOT having ALL sizes the same low price of $12.53 of their Limited Time Deal on this product; penalizing women for being a certain size is an unfair and mean-spirited practice.

These Size 2 shorts were sold by Amazon. Purchased for my family member and they fit perfect! Also was a very reasonable price! Ordered another pair from Luvamia stating size small but thought it was a size 2. They were just too large. Missed the return window on May 22. The window closed May 19 and now they will to allow me to return or exchange. Wrote to Luvamia through Amazon on here but they haven’t even responded to my message. The shorts were very similar and even cost more than these purchased from AMAZON! So appreciate Amazon as seller!

tricky to find the correct sizing
Based on the Amazon recommendation I sized up from my normal size 10 to the size 12. The size 12 was much too large. Based on that fit I ordered a size 10 and 8 to compare. The size 10 waistband wasn’t as stretchy as the 8 and 12 and it was slightly shorter in the waist than the size 8. Thinking that the size 10 must have been defective I ordered another size 10 and found it was the same as the first pair with a less stretchy waist and was smaller in size than the size 8. In the end I kept the size 8 as it was the most comfortable fit. The fabric is a good weight and the color was as pictured.

Love these shorts. They are very flattering and fit comfortably, but not to the point where you feel like a sausage packed in a lining. They are true to size. They go with pretty much any top and look adorable with sandals, heels, sneakers and even combat boots.

I tried these shorts on as soon as I received them. These fit so well, I immediately went and put 2 more pairs in my cart. I decided to wash them before I placed the order.These have some kind of screwy hem on them. When you take them out of the wash, the hem is all wacky and out of shape. That is the only reason I will not order more of these. The hem is simply awful.

Compré el talla 10 y mi circunferencia de cadera son 41 pulgadas. Me queda justo pero no apretado incómodo.Me gusta que las piernas no sean tan justas pero a la vez no rectas. Muchas veces el problema es que queda bien de la cintura/cadera pero muy apretados de las piernas, en este caso, yo lo siento más justo en la cadera y pompas que en las piernas (pero no se ve aguado o acampanado ni recto) solo lo suficiente para sentirme no apretada en estos tiempos de cuarentena y calor.No son a la cintura, más bien tipo“mid-waist” que no ayuda mucho para la lonja pero bueno, tal vez los pida en otro color una talla más grande, si lo hago, les aviso si me quedó mejor la talla.La tela sí es mezclilla pero como el suficiente stretch requerido. Tampoco es que esos spandex que la tela es demasiado floja. Nada de telas delgadas que desbordan la figura o que se marque el calzón.Espero te haya servido mi reseña 🙂

Super tolle Hose !!Habe eine kurze Hose gesucht, die nicht allzu kurz,aber auch nicht über die Knie bis zu den Waden geht. BBin nur 1.60 groß und die Short passt passgenau in meiner normalen Größe! Super Passform/Schnitt, Qualität scheint auch sehr gut zu sein ! Bin sehr zufrieden — für diesen Preis sowieso. Hätte nicht gerne ein helle bestellt- aber momentan nicht verfügbar. Sobald sie wieder verfügbar ist,wird noch eine hellere bestellt !! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Petit bermuda en jean qui fait son petit effet. Très sympathique, jolie couleur, matière agréable. La taille est un peu juste mais c’est plus un souci au niveau du bassin je dirais… En revanche l’odeur est juste infecte ! Bien évidemment comme tout vêtement neuf il passe en lave linge mais l’odeur est tout de même vraiment forte. Sinon franchement pour une saison dans notre belle Provence je vous le recommande 😉
