I’ve run several marathons in these and never had any issues. I’ve used the interior pocket to hold my phone and three Untapped maple syrup gels at the same time, and its easy enough to access that I can easily grab a gel without stopping. The back zipper pocket is perfect for holding keys as well. I’m 6 foot 4, 170 pounds and the medium fits me perfectly.

Comfortable. Sides could be split higher for better legs movement. Pocket on the tights isn’t really functional unless you like putting your phone there and having to raise the shorts all the way up. Nice to have a zipper pocket in the back, but too small to fit a phone.

Not actual size, ran smaller than X large. I bought for my grandson, who about 215 lbs. and 6 fix tall. The fit was tight. Luckily, my husband wears a large and gave to him. However the fit is still a little tight, thinking this should have been sized as a medium. I had bought my husband a different color and a different size (large) a few weeks ago and it was a little baggy. So my thinking was to purchase the X large for my grandson. But my grandson’s shorts came back smaller than the Large I had purchased from weeks ago.
