Returns & refunds

You can return any unworn item with its tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you, and it does not replace it.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us a photo and we will refund or replace it at our cost. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
